Correct svn commit message ?

I believe it is possible for some of the devs to do it; I do not think
everyone can perform the svn propedit to edit the log property.
However, changing the log property will either break the git conversion
or won't get taken over to the git tree.  You cannot change a git commit
log message because the log is part of the hash value.
