By the way, I tried to download your epub and mobi files from github to test 
on my ebook reader, but I can only download gnucash-guide_v2.4.1_C.epub. All 
the others result in a access denied error.

I believe John ran into this as well a while ago for his OS X build of 
GnuCash. It seems to be a github bug.
