Validate GnuCash website

XHTML 1.0 and HTML 4.01 Strict are nearly identical.  Personally I like some
of the XHTML code styles betters (such as <br /> instead of <br></br>) so I
would shoot for that, but I would start off trying to get it to validate
against HTML 4.01 Transitional first.
