Hi Geert.
Further testing reveals.

Fault only occurs when a job is assigned on invoice creation, removing the job 
later makes no difference.

Creating an invoice without a job works OK, when later adding a job it's still 
OK.  Still seeing "WARN <gnc.gui> [PrintAmountInternal()] Bad numeric: 
GNC_ERROR_OVERFLOW." in the latter case each time I click another line in the 
invoice.
