I have been converting my repos this weekend - slowly because I was at
the FOSDEM event all weekend. I used yet another migration technique
(in-repo, instead of in a new one), because I had too many untracked
files hanging around that I didn't want to miss by starting from a new
repo. Our git wiki page gave me enough background information to
understand the essence of what had to happen, so my variation worked
fine as well after a couple of attempts.
Resetting the github repos and activating the master repos on
code.gnucash.org are a big step forward in our way to full git
migration. I'm very happy we are past that milestone now. A big thanks
to all of you involved in getting us that far !

Geert
