[PATCH] Update and improve Lithuanian translation

I've a problem applying this patch to trunk. Did you update locally the 
template?

I can update all po files in trunk by extracting latest strings and 
applying your patch but I don't know how is the policy on updating po 
files in trunk. Maybe some more experienced dev can give advice on this.
