Yes, exactly. I've updated http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Translation_Status 
accordingly. Admittantly, this step can probably be published a bit more 
verbosely. However, I thought I'd just let the next 2.5.x release be uploaded 
to the Translation Project and this way the translators there will be notified 
about the new translation template anyway.
