Sub Account Balance Column in 2.5.1

For others to follow, I had opened a bug report for this (1), because by coincidence I had just 
read another bug report by a user that complained the running balances in a subaccounts 
register didn't match the running balances on a report for that subaccounts register (2). So 
at least this user was paying attention to the running balances.

I'm personally undecided if that means we should readd these in the new register code. I 
haven't used the subaccount register at all, so I don't see use cases myself.

Are there others that do use this ?
