gnucash-2.6.5 crash on Mac

Yup. 2.6.5-2 will work at least once, but there's a good chance it won't work after that. The Guile compilation is messed up. With some help from Guile's Mark Weaver, I've made some progress today, but still haven't nailed down all of the problems.
