Anyone able to provide a Mac OS X build of GNC with the DBI backends?

That's Mac *maintainer*. There's only one. Sorry, no I won't. USB disks are cheap, get one and install Xcode there. Use your Snow Leopard machine, because if you build GnuCash on the Mountain Lion machine it won't work on Snow Leopard.
