Bug 144885 is waiting verification from the user since 2009, bug 121655 I conclude from the comments that will not be fixed. The rest of the bugs seem to be resolved with the updates in the codebase between bug submission and today.

I believe that the third bug should be numbered 365204 and 721654 should
be named "Style sheet preference is not saved for a Preconfigured
Report" which also seems to be fixed.
