A wiki it typically not hierarchical and meant to be a bunch of pages loosely linked together. 
Search is the main method to get around.

Having said that, there is a "Special Pages" link in the left-hand menu. That link will lead you 
to an overview of - well - special pages,  which are links to specific searches.

One of these links is the "All pages" link which will give you a complete overview of what's in 
the wiki.

You may find some of the other pages useful as well got get around.
