Bug cleanup #2

Hi all, 

I checked the following bugs and judging from the response of the developers, I believe they can close as wont fix. 
(use monospaced font for the list):

I have also tested and verified that the following bugs are not reproducible any more (in my system), so you either leave them open for historical reasons, or you declare older versions as "not supported any more" and close them since these bugs didn't move forward to current versions.
