Bug cleanup #2

Hi Michalis,

Thank you for going through our bug database! I have acted on most the 
bugs you listed in this cleanup round.

There are only two that haven't been closed. I have commented on bug 
629305. Further discussion should go on the bug report itself.

An I have kept bug 573347 open. We won't add a new account type but the 
bug is currently a request to document how to handle contra-equity 
accounts. I have modified its title to reflect this.

All the others have been closed following your suggestions and patches.
