you take a look again on:

https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-devel

you are sure you use the right email-address? And you answer the 
confirmation request?

In some cases you have to look in your SPAM folder and than bring this 
list to your white list of your email account.

So, try it again.
