Patch : editing "Posted" time of transactions.

Dear everyone,

Can someone help me, by showing the right Gnucash-compatible way to recover the
time difference due to the timezone settings at a given UTC date, in
C++ and in C?

This is blocking any progress from my part :-/

The width of the Date column is settable per register, and it allows you to see
or hide the time[1] per register. This is a start, but this start is already
working with my patch...

[1] but for the last digit of number of seconds.
