Preparing GUI Translation

Hello,

during using Gnucash I stumbled about untranslated strings in Version
2.6.12.

Can someone provide an actual *.pot file or actualized *po files?

E.g some strings for "tip of the day" are changed.

After that I will prepare an actual German translation.
