Broken gnucash-docs (help / it )

In the makefile, there's a build target that looks at gnucash-help.xml. In
that file, there's a reference to Help_ch_Tools_Assistants.xml. That file
doesn't exist in the repo anymore.

I would check out a previous version of the code and see if it compiles.

Somebody probably broke master and hasn't fixed it yet. :)

`git tag -a` will show all tags available. checkout the highest one and try
again.
