[GNC-dev] GTK3 CSS Active Row

As it often happens, the solution was quick to find only after the question
was posted.
This works well:

*.register-cursor {
    color: blanchedalmond;
}

Here is a gist that adjusts this for a dark theme (still can't add new urls
to the wiki):
