[GNC-dev] Tax Invoice Heading in GNC 3.2

Hello,Ref. report Tax Invoice.Under Heading 1, I cannot change the "report
title". It always stays as "Customer Invoice". Rest of the items are
editable as required. Please see snap shot below,

noticed after after upgrade from 2.6.21 to 3.2   . I require this as per tax
