[GNC-dev] Register Documentation Improvements (was Re: [GNC] Column widths again)

OK.

For my complete itinerary, I started at the GnuCash home page
https://www.gnucash.org/.
Clicked on Downloads > Documentation in the left column
https://www.gnucash.org/docs.phtml
from there I scrolled down the right to GnuCash v3 (current stable release)
then I selected Download Stable Help Manual English Browse Documentation
Online "
  https://www.gnucash.org/viewdoc.phtml?rev=3&lang=C&doc=help

There is where I found the incorrectly titled and badly worded link.

Also, I am still using the aout to be replaced Gmail version on the
internet, and I do nt see what you described by the reply arrow, although
my memory tells me that it used to be there.
