[GNC-dev] GnuCash Bugzilla URLs -- /bugzilla or not?

I would think that’s a permalink type setting. BZ is writing that in because it’s specified. I’d be shocked (and saddened a little) to discover it was hard coded. (editable of course, but then you’d have to recompile BZ!)
