It looks from the stack trace that it's asserting in some overly-mangled KvpValueImpl function, but I can't really tell which one. Maybe a double-delete at https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/blob/maint/libgnucash/engine/qofinstance.cpp#L1216?
