I searched the aqbanking project's sources and you are correct the name is "aqbanking" without
the leading dot on Windows (and ".aqbanking" on all other platforms). I don't know is this has
ever been different in the past.

If you have made customizations for Gtk3 you may also want to backup
%LOCALAPPDATA%\gtk-3.0
That's all I can think of on Windows.
On Freedesktop based platforms (linux, Macports on OS X,...) there is still
$HOME/.config/gnucash to back up.
