Daniel,

The 2016 translation was provided in https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/pull/57. Based on the commit diff André Cipru was the 2016 contributor; Nicolae Turcan provided the 2008 translation. Since we haven't heard anything from Mr. Cipru since I think we can assume he has no long-term interest in supporting the translation.

Your upload missed our 3.5 release by a few days, but I'll incorporate it for the next release at the end of June. Thanks for the work.

Benno, go ahead and mark Romanian as TP.
