[GNC-dev] No graphical reports on openSUSE 15.2

Not sure why this would fail. Edit html-chart.scm and delete the relevant
(push "Chart"...) line. My setup successfully sets the Chart option. If
this fails then I'm not sure, you'll have to dig in.
