[GNC-dev] No graphical reports on openSUSE 15.2

If I comment out the line, then I get the
ReferenceError: Can't find variable: Chart
somewhere else:

Chart.pluginService.register({
   beforeDraw: function (chart, easing) {

I really would like to debug this, but I have no clue about
java script. So any hints on where to start are very welcome.
