Absolutely! Translation contributions are equally welcome as code 
contributions, so please dive in  :)

Our website translations are managed on weblate:
https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnucash/website/

If you make an account there you can start translating right away. It is 
probably a good idea though to contact the previous maintainer with regards to 
reviewing your work: will he do this or will you be responsible for your own 
translations. Depending on that you also need to request review permissions.
