[GNC-dev] Chinese (zh_CN) translation of GnuCash

we got the attached request by TianXing Yi from weblate.org, who
wants to contribute.

Your last contribution has been over a year ago.
Are you or somebody else from the team still interested to translate
gnucash or should we move it to weblate?
