[GNC-dev] Report Links Broken

Links in reports don't work in Win10. I'd expect:
1. <https://www.gnucash.org/> to be a clickable link
2. clicking gnucash-devel at gnucash.org to open up the mail client
3. Clicking Display Help to be the same as <F1> (ie Help, Contents), it
doesn't work

Links in Dashboard report work as expected.
