autoclear now in reconciliation

Please test with a recent nightly after
https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/commit/43561ded -- reconciliation will
now offer autoclear before opening the reconcile window.
If the algorithm can identify which unreconciled splits will clear to the
target balance, it will offer to auto-clear them.
Feedback sought:
- is the autoclear dialog disruptive to the reconcile workflow? If so, is
there a better UI?
- wordsmithing on the dialog
- there's a delay (limited to 1s) after clicking OK before the reconcile
window opens, while the autoclear algorithm runs. Real life testing
suggests the delay is minimal.
