I didn’t notice until after posting that that Get-WindowSystemLocale isn’t the right command. The command that shows what is the current display locale is Get-Culture. That means there’s another thing for you to check: Settings>Time and Language>Language and Region. The top box under Language has a drop-down showing the current display language. Make sure that’s Portuguese and not English.
