Language not recognized

Hello John, all,

Lots of messages, thank you for your trouble. I'll try to answer all of them. Please remember, most of these commands and stuff, I just search the Internet and pick them, like PowerShell Get-WinSystemLocale.

John, as a side information, Gramps starts in Portuguese. Maybe I should just reinstall GnuCash.

Installed version is indeed 5.13. I don't recall which was the prior, I just [Revo uninstalled](https://www.revouninstaller.com/) it. That reminded me to try GnuCashPortable, from [PortableApps](https://portableapps.com), and it started in Portuguese.

I edited environment removing # from lines [Variables], LANG=pt_PT, and LANGUAGE={LANG}. Didn't work. Maybe I need some more editing?

GnuCash's shortcut target: D:\Programas\Escritório\gnucash\bin\gnucash.exe
Below are some of the environment variables, only LANG seems to be set:
