There have been two instances of failure of the Gnucash-devel list when
the list of subscribers has been lost.
Sadly I think this may have contributed to failure of the communication
that has occurred.
I recall another person noting that they had been removed from the list
and wouldn't rejoin. As I have never removed anyone from this list in
the last 12 years or so they must have fallen foul of a bot cleaning
the list of dead email addresses.
The instructions John mentions can be found on
https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/gnucash/#information
Without any definitive way to track the translators and invite them
back to the Gnucash-devel list I think this is going to take some time
to rebuild.
Liz
