Patched de.po for gnucash 1.4.3

Hello,

I just fixed the few missing items to be translate into german from de.po.

Why are the abbreviations for the reconcile (c,y and n) not localized?

Will these changes go automatically into version 1.5?

I will start translating the HTML help pages. Should I start in a specific 
order? Is it okay if I just send only the compressed html-files which I 
translate or do I have to send the whole directory doc/html/de?
