Thank you! Could you tell me what versions of gnucash they were
created for?

I'm not sure what you are referring to. GnuCash is CVS hosted at
cvs.gnucash.org. I'm not aware of any gnucash sources being stored
in gnome cvs. Are there other gnucash po files being stored in
gnome cvs as well?
