French translation

I just finished a pretty complete (everything except small buisness and HBCI) 
but fairly rough update of the french translation of gnucash (which was 
hopelessly out of date).  It's kind of a mix of fr_FR and fr_CA, since some 
of the terminology here isn't the same.

It's the first time I ever worked on translations, so there are probably a 
number of issues with this file.  The most important is that some messages 
just didn't show up in my software (kbabel) while they are indeed translated 
translated in other languages (german notably).  One example is "Online 
Banking & Importing" in the preferences list. 

Well, anyway it's still much better than before.
