    Merge Roy Hansen's 'improve/csv-import-date-format-info' into stable.

    Improve usability of csv-transaction-import by adding tooltip
    for date-format selection.
    
    The date-format selection box displayes all variations with a "-"
    separator, however this separator also matches "/" and ".".
    The tooltip explains this behavior.
