Ugh.
This is a 'feature' that we fixed in the 1.5.x. versions.
You have two possible routes around this:
1) if you are a programmer, hack the reconcile menu to check only to
within a penny ... or pester the gnucash-devel mailing list ...
2) re-enter all of the transactions specifying only the dollar
balance (and the share ballance), and let the price be computed=20
automagically. This *might* avoid the problem ....
