libgtkhtml.so.13

Hello Matthias,
I have downloaded the gtkhtml-devel.rpm from the 7.2 (also tried with the
7.1 versions) area on the suse db and installed the rpm using yast.

It is still not finding the libgtkhtml.so.13 (when I look inside the package
there is an entry to libgtkhtml.so only). Forgive what might be a stupid
question but do I need to do anything else other than install the rpm?
