QIF problems with cheques

Hi,

I think it would make a lot of sense if when matching duplicates it took
the numbers field into account.  

Presently I enter cheques that I have writen, but use my bank's qif
system for everydaytransactions etc.

The problem is I write a cheque on the 2nd, its presented on the 4th and
the import treates them as two seperate transactions even though the
number I enter and the number from the QIF file are the same.
