Credit Card Fees?

I'm sorry this is more an Accounting question than a GnuCash
question per se, but I didn't see a gnucash-accounting-questions
mailing list. ;-)

My question is this:
In a standard GnuCash layout for a family, where would you put a
Credit Card Fee?  You know, the interest and such they charge you
for not paying the full balance.

I have it, for the moment, under Expenses:Credit Card Fees, taking a
cue from Expenses:Bank Service Charge

Is there a rule for figuring out what goes under Assets,
Liabilities, Income, Expenses and Equity?
