bug in GnuCash 1.6.0, workaround?

Ugh! Thanks for the bug report I am fixing this now.
A couple work-arounds:

1. If you compiled from source I can send you a patch.
2. You can 'force' a reconciliation by choosing
   Reconcile->Finish from the menu and hitting 'Yes'.
