Bug reporting troubles.

We aren't on the GNOME bug tracking system any more.  We have our own,
which works, but it's not really ready for prime time
(http://bugs.gnumatic.com should work to browse, but there's no
web-based bug submission; all through email; we're working on it).

We need to figure out how to redirect that bug form.
