There's no need ever to have a special account type for Accounts
Receivable.  It's just a plain Asset, and you can create the account as
an Asset type. It's not a Bank account, so you probably shouldn't use
the Bank type, although practically speaking there is little difference
between Bank and Asset. 

Likewise, Accounts Payable is just a Liability account.
