Think of it as a kind of "dpkg -I * | pkg2html", with all of the
hyperlinks pointing into http://www.debian.org/.../pool/...  Its a 
non-automated apt-get.

It does not only redhat, but a dozen others, including mandrake,
mandrake-unstable, ximian, eazel, beowulf, solaris, SGI, etc.
There's a 'contrib' section, but its not that big nor active.  
Everything is served up from one machine with gobs of disk and a 
fast connnection.

For me, the only meaningful difference between redhat-unstable and
debian-unstable is apt.   That, and the fact that 99% of redhat users do
*not* run redhat-unstable.
