bug reports?

Do any developers follow this list?
Is there some process that I should use to report a bug?
I believe there's at least one bug in the QIF import, and
last week I posted something to this list, but so far, no
responses about the bug.

Again, it appears that gnucash can't read in a memo string
in an investment account.
Here's an example problem record.

And after that (while reading in the temporary file),
I get a crash dump. Does anybody want it to look at?
