I can only seem to find 1.4.0 no matter where I look.  RH72 ships 
1.4.0, and Debian sid has 1.4.0.2, and the available source is 
1.4.0.99.

So, would it be 1.4.0.99 instead of 1.4.1?  Any idea when the Debian 
package will be updated?
