libguppi problem building gnucash 1.6.1 under RedHat 7.1

You haven't...I have experienced the exact same behavior.  I looked at the
output from the build; it looks like the libraries are built, but for some
reason, there's a message like "not including libguppibonobo.so in build".

I'm not sure why it's failing, but I'm checking on a workaround.
