how to transfer accounts

hi all.  i had a quick question about how i would go about transferring
an account from one guncash file to another.  for example, i have two
files that i use.  one is used for my personal finances and the other
is used for my business finances.  now, i have a property with a loan
attached that i am going to transfer from my name to the business.
how do i go about doing this?  i need to enter some sort of payoff
into the personal file but from what sort of an account?  equity?
income?  what do i do with the asset account to zero it out?
then i need to create a loan and an asset in the business
file.  i am thinking i can do this via an equity account like "opening
balances."

all help is greatly appreciated!
